About this data: in some applications above, the FuseTech overlay thickness was only half the overall thickness of the previous Q&T plate, yet wear life still doubled at least. With matching overlay thickness, FuseTech plates extend wear life by 3 to 9 times compared to Q&T plates. Figures are drawn from site tracking records, not laboratory testing.
