Our DuroFlux plates are manufactured using a proprietary production process that involves fusing chromium-rich powder onto a mild steel base plate, our unique chemical composition and cutting-edge welding technology collectively enable the formation of a consistent and even chromium carbide distribution throughout the alloy matrix. This thereby results in a superior abrasion and impact resistance whilst presenting a smooth overlay surface that is ideal in reducing hangup and promoting material flow.
